An item arrived and it doesn’t fit right — what now?
Since orders are completed and fulfilled through Amazon, exchanges and returns are handled directly through your Amazon account, following Amazon’s standard return policy. Let us know too if the fit seems off from the listed measurements — we want to know if something’s inconsistent.
Do you plan to add more pieces to the lineup?
Possibly, but only pieces that clear the same fabric and fit standard as everything already in the catalog. Send us a request and we’ll let you know if it’s something we’re considering.
How do I check on an order I placed on Amazon?

Do your hoodies and tees shrink after washing?
Minimal shrinkage is normal with cotton and fleece after the first wash if you follow the care instructions — cold wash, low dry.
